The 150 junior high students were filled with energy and fun! It was great spending time with them and sharing a bit more about our life as Sisters with the girls! It is a blessing to see so many families supporting their childern’s desire to learn more about the priesthood and religious life!

Pray that my family can come to really understand the possible calling I have. Though, they are supportive in whatever may happen in the next two to three years.

Pam, I just read your comment and request for prayer. I will pray for you, that if God is calling you to Religious Life, you will respond wholeheartedly. I will also pray for your parents. May their hearts be open to all that God is asking and may they continue to be supportive of you.

Last evening, we celebrated the Rite of Reception into the Novitiate for another “Pam.” It was a beautiful ceremony! May God bless and keep you!

Both of my parents are in heaven and I will ask them to pray for your parents, Pam, and all parents whose children are discerning their life’s call. It requires generosity on the part of parents. What they may not know is the joy and support that comes from a daugher/son in God’s service.
